A combination of balsamic vinegar, dried fruit, Dijon mustard and herbs that can be used as a salad dressing or marinade. It can also be brushed on vegetables prior to roasting.

This dressing is made creamy by hemp seeds, which are high in omega-3 fatty acids. It’s a lovely dressing in the summer when fresh basil is available.
